ABOUT
Marybelle is a Canadian actor, voice actor and content creator of Chinese and French descent, based in Vancouver, Canada.
​
She is trained in screen acting, earning a Diploma in Acting for Film/TV from Vancouver Film School in 2011, and spent the early years of her career performing on camera while continuing to refine her craft through Meisner-based scene study classes and auditioning professionally in the city.
​
Today, she focuses on where she feels most at home: voice acting. She strives to improve herself and her craft in the voiceover world to help tell stories rooted in truth, empathy, and fun!

Her voice is emotive, youthful, and clear. Whether she’s voicing an excitable little sister or a serious, world-weary mentor, her acting training is the anchor that brings every character to life.
The early chapters...
​As a child, her father enrolled her in dance classes at 5 years old to help her break out of her shell. At 10 years old, she was bitten by the acting bug and enrolled in her very first kids acting class. She participated in numerous theatre performances, dance showcases, musicals, acting classes and occasionally worked as a background actor in various TV shows, films, and commercials.
Having been a cartoon and anime enthusiast her entire life, she fell in love with voice acting at 16 years old and started practicing regularly at home, hoping to one day be able to pursue it professionally.​

​​Additionally, she boasts millions of views on Instagram, where she has garnered a loyal following since the beginning of 2023 of anime enthusiasts, cozy gamers, and fellow millennial nerds. Offering engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. ​

In her free time, you’ll find Marybelle in her happy place: relaxing at home with her fiancé and playing hide-and-seek with their cat, Sora. She enjoys watching her favorite shows, getting cozy with a good game, reading, and cooking. She also spends lots of time with her twin sister, who is, of course, her best friend.
In 2021, after years of pursuing the on-camera acting world, Marybelle moved to Örebro, Sweden for one year and a half.
That time abroad gave her the space to reflect on what she truly wanted her acting career to look like: behind the mic, bringing animated characters to life.​

Along with acting, Marybelle is part of the Casting Director team at Cauldron Casting Collective, where they work together to cast talented remote actors from around the globe in indie video games and animation.
